		<description>Al, I hope everything&#039;s good with you and your family. I was hoping to see you back on a Knicks team, which is maybe a little selfish of me, coming off screens with the lethal jumper again, especially after hearing about how you still have IT; but I&#039;m glad you&#039;re still part of the Knicks family, either way. I do wish they&#039;d make you more visible, just for sentimental reasons.

Anyway, I&#039;ve always been very cerebral about the game, as a current player, for a few recreational leagues, a former high school player, and as a PSAL coach and trainer. So, a question: as far as the technical aspects of offense: using/providing screens, using your body for leverage, footwork, movement, etc., what do you think maximizes a player&#039;s effectiveness?
